Custom Actions allow you to automate certain tasks within Help Desk Premier. For example, you may wish to create a saved Custom Action to escalate tickets based on the length of time they have been open.
Launch the Custom Actions editor via Tools ? Other Tools ? Custom Actions.
Building Custom Actions
To add an action, click the Add New Action link at the bottom of the form.
- Repeat the process until you have built a series of steps.
- Your steps will be run in order when your Custom Action is triggered.
